GetDemand.ai ("GetDemand," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered sales intelligence platform.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Account information: name, email address, company name, job title, and password when you create an account.
- Product catalog data: product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images you upload to the platform.
- Communication data: email drafts, templates, and messages composed through our Email Copilot and outreach tools.
- Contact form submissions: name, email, and message content when you contact us.
- Payment information: billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, actions taken, timestamps, and session duration.
- Device information: browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
- Log data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs.
- Cookies: session cookies for authentication, preference cookies for settings, and analytics cookies for usage patterns. See Section 7 for details.
Information from Third-Party Sources
- Lead discovery data: publicly available business information gathered from customs databases, government tender portals, trade directories, and B2B marketplaces as part of our buyer discovery service.
- CRM integrations: contact and deal data synced from Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms you connect.
- Authentication providers: basic profile information if you sign in via Google or other OAuth providers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Service delivery: to operate the platform, run AI agents, discover leads, draft emails, generate quotes, and manage your pipeline.
- Personalization: to tailor AI agent behavior, outreach language, and lead recommendations to your industry and ideal customer profile.
- Communication: to send account notifications, system alerts, and product updates. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
- Security: to detect fraud, prevent abuse, and protect the integrity of the platform.
- Improvement: to analyze aggregate usage patterns and improve platform features. We do not use your proprietary business data to train AI models for other customers.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in these circumstances:
- Service providers: we use trusted third parties to operate the platform:
- Supabase (database and authentication)
- Vercel (hosting and content delivery)
- Resend (transactional email delivery)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- OpenAI and Anthropic (AI processing for agent features)
- Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena, or government request.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice.
- With your consent: when you explicitly authorize sharing with a third party, such as a CRM integration.
4. Data Retention
- Account data: retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
- Lead and pipeline data: retained while your account is active. Exported to you on request before deletion.
- Usage analytics: aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement.
- Communication logs: email drafts and sent messages retained for 12 months after last activity, then deleted.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
- Data portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Restriction: request restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time.

6. GDPR (European Economic Area)
For users in the EEA, the following legal bases generally apply to our processing of personal data:
- Contract performance: processing necessary to provide the service you signed up for.
- Legitimate interests: analytics, security, and product improvement, balanced against your rights.
- Consent: marketing communications and optional cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.
Where required, data transfers from the EEA to the United States may rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with our service providers. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may be available on request for eligible customers.
